[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a high ceiling in my dining room so this light fixture was perfect for me. I was replacing an older light so it was easy to get it installed. It has a standard wiring set up. I really liked the safety cord because I was installing this myself and the cord held it for me while I got it attached to the mounting plate. I liked that I was able to shorten the length that it hangs down by eliminating some of the down roads. It took less than an hour to get it totally installed. I couldn't turn it on because I had to make a trip to the hardware store to purchase the special bulbs that aren't included. Once I installed the bulbs and turned it on it became a very classy, ultra modern looking chandelier. It now looks like I did a total makeover in my dining room. If you want to update your light fixture this is the one to get. This is very well made and will give you that wow factor when you walk into the room. I would definitely recommend.. Gayl.
