Awesome fan! Virtually silent, moves a lot of air, and has a sleek design that blends well with my transitional decor. I removed a bulky old-fashioned one from a 2-story great room and this is unobtrusive - its slim profile fades into the ceiling of the same color. And it’s so very effective. Would buy again.. The Italo Ventania is the largest rotational fan in the Matthews Fan Co collection. Its vortex sculpted arms grasp also remarkable, side-mounted fan heads in gentle, equatorial rotation. The fan heads can be infinitely positioned in 180-degree arcs for optimum air movement; the greater the angle of the motor to the horizontal support rods (up or down), the faster the axial rotation. A slow, controlled axial rotation is achieved by both fan head position and fan blade speed.

Peyton. Santa Fe, NM. Thu Jun 19 2025

Includes 10" downrod. Downrods can be easily field cut; they are not threaded. Can be installed with a maximum 30" downrod.

nice and compact very powerful motor louder than i expected but does the job. Justyna. Newark, NJ. Tue Nov 04 2014

Drawing on architectural silhouettes, this ceiling fan pairs a bold, clean-lined look with updated, versatile modern elements. It's crafted in a propeller style with tree blades. The blades have a twisting edge that's designed to scoop air while they spin. And since this piece has a 56'' blade span, it's best for medium-sized rooms. A remote controller lets you choose from any of the six speeds – including a reverse spin – without having to get up.

Gorgeous sturdy fan that I was looking far and wide for. I chose the black one, you won’t be disappointed in this choice, it pushes air nicely in my large primary bedroom and is very heavy duty, no noises and it does not move!. Ashley. Redondo Beach, CA. Sat Sep 05 2026

This double-headed rotational fan, with cylindrical central housing and straight, parallel arms, is designed with a retrospective aesthetic. It offers fluid lines and quiet axial rotation. The fan heads can be infinitely positioned in 180-degree arcs for optimum air movement; the greater the angles of the motors to the horizontal support rods up or down, the faster the axial rotation. A slow, controlled axial rotation is achieved by both fan head position and fan blade speed. Matthews rotational fans circulate heat and air-conditioning more efficiently than traditional paddle fans.

This is a beautiful and quality fan! I wish I could share a video to show how both fans actually spin around like the blades on a traditional ceiling fan. On top of that the caged fans can be tilted up or down. The fan moves quite a bit of air so it works perfectly in our 16x 18 master bedroom. It is also pretty quiet- the sound reminds me of an old school oscillating fan which puts me right to sleep!! Comes with a handy remote with low, med, and high settings. Very happy with this purchase!!. Heather. Topeka, KS. Tue Jun 25 2019

This ceiling fan is perfect for us. The room has sloped ceilings. I have been looking for a ceiling fan that would fit this space for years. For it's compact size this ceiling fan really moves the air nicely. Please note it is heavy, my husband had to add extra support in the ceiling. I'm giving it 4 stars because the ceiling fan arrived missing parts. Wayfair customer service was efficient, after we contacted them the new parts arrived the following week.. Amy. Milwaukee, WI. The Ar Ruthiane's unique hourglass support arms grasp bullet-shaped motor housings which rotate about its teardrop center. Nice and stylish ceiling fan. Quiet, and pushes a lot of air with multiple settings. The light also dims and brightens nicely. My only complaint is that it is not as dark as I had hoped it would be but it still works for me.. Kim. Thu Feb 19 2026

Very disappointed with Wayfair/Birch Lane. Took 5 months to receive the fan, once received the fan did not operate properly also, Wayfair/Birch Lane advertises the fan with a light and bulb included on the fan. Don't waste your time or your money. I feel Wayfair/Birch Lane did not handle this situation properly. I know now they are a third party company aka middle man company. Very poor situation!. Vina. TX. Sat Feb 22 2020

This 56" masterpiece from The Modern Fan Co. features a distinctive outer rotor that appears to float in its orientation surrounding the motor and inner structure of the fan.

Value for Money: Given the superior comfort, support, and durability, this fan is worth every penny. I’ve spent more on products that didn’t deliver nearly as much satisfaction, so I consider this to be an excellent investment in my sleep quality.. Ndifor. Tucson, AZ. Tue Sep 17 2024

Unique and versatile, the fan head of the Jarold Directional ceiling fan can be infinitely positioned in a 180-degree arc, forward and reverse, to provide maximum, directional airflow. A flush mount variation of our classic fan, this fan is a great solution for lower ceilings. Available in four finishes, six-blade choices, and with or without LED light, this fan is a simple, understated design suitable for virtually any decorative style.

This looks so nice. Replaced an older model and this looks so much more up to date. We went from 5 blades to the 4, thought it might not move air around as well, but it is great. Quiet , adjusts speed on the wall on/off switch ( so no chain hanging down) ; ordered it in bronze.. Sheryl. New Jersey. Sun Oct 06 2024
