Update: Wayfair immediately shipped a replacement lamp and the replacement arrived in perfect condition. My wife and I really like this lamp and appreciate Wayfair replacing the damaged lamp so quickly. Original Review: The mica on the lamp shade was damaged in several places. The packaging was perfect and the shade was probably damaged before it was packed. Second, the paint which covers the dragonflies on the base looks very good when the base light is off, but looks thin and poorly applied when turned on. I bought this lamp in black and it is absolutely stunning. I have it on a table between two swivel chairs and it is the perfect focal point when you walk into my open concept living room. It was packaged very well but would have been easy to put back if I needed to return it (thankfully it is perfect for my look!). Because the harp is triangular (cool, right?) I couldn't get the globe light bulb (as recommended) to fit so had to go with a different shaped bulb. I went to a light store and they had a few different issues so it was no big deal. Very unique... I spend time staring at it...I am messing around with different types of bulbs. The light creates a spiral spiderlike pattern on the ceiling with two or three red spots that look like eyes. The Coral Luxe Table Lamp is a buffet-style piece at 39" tall. The white painted shade has a subtle antique glaze so as not to be overly stark, yet still clean and eye-catching. This is a stunningly beautiful table lamp. Thankfully it is slightly smaller than I had pictured it to be. It fits perfectly on our sofa table In the photo that I took, the glass appears to be warm colors, but in real life, the colors appear to be slightly cooler.
