Both the outer box from Wayfair, and the inner box from Kohler were damaged, but thankfully, the sconce and the glass was not. The Kohler box was worse, so I was preparing for the worst. My order arrived in perfect condition, and I have no doubt that if it had not, that Wayfair would stand behind it if I had needed to send pictures of the box, and return the light fixture. I wish that Wayfair had added packing between the inner box and outer box. They took a bit of a gamble shipping this was they did. This is my second purchase of a Kohler product from Wayfair, and both transactions went well. I will check with Wayfair the next time too. I had no idea that they sold the Kohler brand. Thank you..
