Great design works great! However, its heavy had issues installing it. The fan comes with a base plate which secures it to the ceiling. The base plate adds 1 to 2 to the mount, so I had to go out buy longer bolts to secure it to the ceiling. Very disappointed with Wayfair/Birch Lane. Took 5 months to receive the fan, once received the fan did not operate properly also, Wayfair/Birch Lane advertises the fan with a light and bulb included on the fan. Don't waste your time or your money. I feel Wayfair/Birch Lane did not handle this situation properly. I know now they are a third party company aka middle man company. Very poor situation!. Vina.
