This is a beautiful lamp. I like having the option of one or two bulbs lit for variable amounts of light. The base is very solid. Made in China not in USA as stated. Shades not glass as stated. Poor workmanship. Very overpriced. Hard to screw in bulbs. Loose switches. I purchased 2. Both defective. One had uneven base and wobbles. The other one had a twisted stem. Both had several scratches especially around the on/ off switch. Shades did not fit well onto the base and were difficult to attach. On the positive side........I love the design and it looks great when lit. But I don't think this lamp is worth the money.
