Obnoxious and frustrating. The lamp itself is pretty, exactly as described, and arrived on time. However, it must be missing a part because the glass fits so loosely in the neck that it is bound to fall out. Instead of providing installation instructions, all you get is a slick marketing card with a QR code to retrieve the installation instructions. To receive the instructions, you have to enter your name and email....only to be directed to more marketing and zero installation instructions. Now I have to take the time to call the company and suffer through more marketing crud just to find out whether the lamp is poorly made or if a part is missing. I do not recommend this lamp. Beautiful but does not work. Not able to return since I received the lamp more than 30 days ago. I was redecorating the guest bedroom and did not need the lamp right away. Wayfair needs to correct the information describing this lamp. It lists it as compatible with a 40W bulb, which was a primary reason why I bought it. The lamp had a barely visible sticker on it saying that it was 25W max in order to avoid the risk of fire. I was also surprised that that glass flower didn't screw into the lamp, but one had to push it in, thus risking cracking the glass, or having it fall out if not forcefully done. That said, I was VERY happy to discover the light had two settings (dim & brighter) which made it a much better lamp at the high setting. This info should be included as well. Poor quality of the product, or rather defective product. The components are made in China, and almost all of them are defective - one leg of the stand is shorter than the others, so the lamp wobbles, one arm is bent in the wrong direction (in other factories too, I have already had repeated experiences with Tiffany lamps). But that's only half the trouble. Wayfair is in no hurry to replace the defective part. They are forcing me to cancel the order. Neither the manufacturer nor Wayfair want to take responsibility. This has been going on for months and it's not over yet. Don't deal with Wayfair or Meyda. There are photos and video of course, but the site does not accept this format.. Irina. Texas.
