The Triptych Floor Lamp layers three rattan-wrapped stems into a gentle cascade that settles into a contemporary living room with an easy, collected feel. Utilizing old-world techniques, we created a luxurious yet modern fixture from thin midrib buri sticks derived from Asian tropical palms. Reminiscent of traditional methods used in fishing baskets, the ombre finish ranges in hue from natural to deepest black, lending contemporary flair. Accented with antique brass-plated steel hardware, a bronze-plated steel base, and an oversized drum shade of putty microfiber. The finish will vary.

Luang is a locally made floor lamp designed by Faro Lab. The Luang lighting collection is inspired by the art and craft of objects made from papyrus and natural fibers in Southeast Asia; in how they create volumetric objects of great poetics and formal complexity from flat elements.
