I love this lamp! I ordered an open box item and it arrived well packaged in a short amount of time. Unfortunately it arrived without a shade. Perigold was very responsive and gave me full credit refund. I was able to purchase a shade elsewhere, though it's not as nice as the original. But it is a decent substitute. I purchased two of these lamps for our living room. Both with the saddle. We are very pleased with both their beauty and quality. One had to be returned. Hadn't realized this was made in China until it arrived. I don't feel Chinese goods are made as well as Made in the good ol' US of A.
