I love these sconces, and the metal is a high quality finish. My only issue is that the "natural paper" shades are extremely yellow. The wall color in this room is Benjamin Moore Linen White, which is a very creamy white already, and the shades look very yellow against it. I think if you had a brighter white wall, it would not work at all. These are shield shades that go flat against the wall, so I have been unable to find replacements in a brighter white color. Same problem as the hanging lamp. The shade is incredibly difficult to align up with the fixture. Screws are extremely difficult to align and as the fixtures are solid brass it does not feel safe unless you cannot align all the screws which is pretty impossible.. Colin. WA. Sat Mar 08 2025
