Beautiful lamp. Sturdy and like the dimming feature on the turn on switch. Can't wait to have it in my great room once I move into the new house.

This lamp is not the quality it should be for the price. The metal base edge is actually sharp and there are flaws in the porcelain at the top. The shade is pretty. Maybe better to buy the lamp bases at home stores and buy a quality shade at a shade shop.
