The lamp was defective. I immediately put in a claim. Updated photos as the suggested. Asked questions and after they reviewed my claim, they were apologetic and sending me a replacement. The customer service team was truly professional and I will definitely continue shopping on this web site

Beautiful ceramic lamp with sturdy drum shade. It fits nicely in one of my bedrooms. I was looking for a larger lamp and this one is perfect!
