Lamp was a little strange. I felt like picture did not accurately represent the actual lamp. The rod from the base up to the lamp shade was very long (awkwardly so). The shell is not attached and sits within the metal cradle. The on/off knob was missing but I used one from another lamp. All in all, it's okay. Not sure it was worth the pricey tag.
