I love “Visual Comfort”. The quality is usually above average but sadly this piece just did not make the mark. The wrap of rafia at the top looked cheap and the shade bent in toward the bar and couldn’t be adjusted so it was crooked. Unfortunately, I had to send back and will be looking for a different floor lamp. I think whoever manufactured this for VC needs to be told their production is off.

As beautiful as depicted. Purchased for office, but can use anywhere. I've had excellent experiences with Visual Comfort and Perigold.

Nice floor lamp. Bottom of lamp is heavy and sturdy. Shade is a bit small. Only wish the floor push on/off switch was closer to wall plug. It is not reachable under our sofa since we placed the lamp behind our sectional. Otherwise we are keeping it.

Beautiful lamp. Good quality as expected from visual comfort. Would have given a 5 star but the rattan looks cheap ( like wrapped tape) but overall really nice lamp. I’m keeping it !
