Mounting bracket was solid and easy to use, wires were labeled and made it easy to cut cable to length. Nice quality product

Love them but I can’t find replacement glass for them.

Ordered 3 for above our kitchen island. Looks fine, but didn’t realize when I ordered them that this particular brandstyle doesn’t have the adjustable metal rods to go around the cord like almost all other pendants lights do. The lack of the standard rods made it a bit difficult in terms of making sure all 3 were the exactly same lengthheight and as you can see from the photos, it was hard to get the kinks out of the braided cords. Hopefully they will completely straighten with gravity over time. Not anything wrong with the product per se, just wish I read the description more carefully or looked at the product photo more closely before ordering.
