The design of the Michel Tail Sconce is stunning—classic Thomas O'Brien elegance with clean lines and a warm, refined glow. The quality and finish are excellent, and once installed, it looks perfect in our space. That said, be aware that the backplate is very small. It didn’t cover our standard junction box, and our electrician had to special-order a solution to make it work. This added unexpected time and cost to the installation. If you're prepared for a bit of extra effort during installation, it's worth it—the final look is beautiful. Just don’t expect a straightforward plug-and-play.
