The styling is modern and sharp, but the brass color is much more dull/muted than the brighter antique brass displayed in the pictures. It's more of a brushed brass than anything else, and doesn't have the yellow/coppery sheen that I had anticipated for our space. The lamp shades are also a yellowed white and they do not go in our space. Overall, I like the style of the sconce but am not a fan of the dull brass color and the aged, yellow lamp shade that they come with.
