I love this piece, but it is a very dim light. The fixture only allows light to shine out of the top. The base traps the light. I used the fixture in a small sitting room that did not require a huge amount of light so I kept it. However it would not have worked in a larger space.

A nice light, easy to hang - I would say it's a little smaller than we antipated. Cool lighting in the evening but not bright enough to light a whole room alone.
