It isn't bad, but it's great. Even though I measure the lamp it still seemed more round and bigger than I imagined. Had to order a replacement lampshade. Customer service was easy to deal with.

These lamps are even more beautiful in person

In-line switch is set way down cord so you have to fumble and fish it out to turn on or off. Also, the harp is not interchangeable for a smaller harp to accommodate another lampshade. We had to purchase a "bucket" lamp part and customize it to the lamp so we could use a smaller harp. The shade that comes with the lamp is way too big and bright white and cheap looking. With a bucket lamp part, a smaller harp and a different, off-white smaller shade, the lamp looks good.

Beautiful lamp and the shade is the perfect white color. The lower height looks great on the small table where it sits.
