The lamp is a true classic style! It’s gorgeous and I love it

The lighting on website makes the brass appear darker- when in natural light it’s a little more shiny gold than I anticipated. However, the place where it landed in my home is darker and for some reason when you turn the lamp light on it casts a slight shadow on the brass which gives it the darker more vintage brass look that I wanted. So maybe the website shows the lamp with the light on? But now, it doesn’t matter because I really like the shape, style and weight of it. Plus the small detail of the pull chain. Beatriz, the customer assistant was a joy to work with. The only other oddity in the shopping experience was the bulbs recommended on the site for this lamp did not match the lamp specifications listed, so I didn’t order them and just waited for the delivery then figured out which bulbs to use.
