I had a pretty terrible experience! I ordered this item and the wrong size came (the small). So they sent out a replacement and guess what....the wrong size again. When I called to see if I could get a third one, I asked if they could do quality check to make sure I get the right size. And guess what...the third one arrived as the wrong size yet again. I had to take three trips to do returns on them. I can't even get the right one because it is out of stock (they had a mixup on their website with the sizes) and they didn't even offer me a coupon for future orders or anything. Terrible results and service. I don't know what is going on with Wayfair customer service, but I feel like it is going downhill.
