I wish that there was a pole to extend the how low the fan would hang. The air really moves and there isn’t much noise that comes from the fan.

It’s not the center point of attention but it makes a statement. It hugs the ceiling so it does not make the room feel smaller. I am impressed by the features. I really like that you can change the brightness of the light and also the hue depending on what you are doing or for ambiance. I also appreciate the remote for controlling it while in bed. The fan is powerful! I couldn’t believe how much air was moving around the room, dust bunnies were flying from hidden spots everywhere! I was not impressed with the electrical wires. I can usually do electrical work myself, but needed to call in my electrician because the wires made me nervous. The electrical wires are SO thin. When I was wiring them together with the wiring nut, they literally snapped off inside it. The electrician said they should give smaller wiring nuts and the wires are indeed very thin. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the thin wires.

Aside from the looks, the functionality is top notch. The remote control is incredibly convenient and has so many options. I love that I can cycle through three different light color changes to set the right mood, and switching the fan direction right from the remote is a game changer, no more climbing on a ladder to flip a switch! Highly recommend the Colgin 56 if you want style and convenience.
