The chandelier I received was almost perfect. It was missing a few of the very small screws on the back of the light fixture (that are more decorative than functional). But overall, we really like the light. It's somewhat heavy so was a challenge to install because our foyer ceiling is very tall, but as long as you know and prepare for that, I think you'll be happy with it.
