Doesn’t come with the cover plate - sold separately. If you want the flush look with no cover plays you need to pre-wire it appropriately. Overall a great, sleek, minimal fixture. The shade is plastic but doesn’t compromise the quality. Put these in every bathroom - love them.

I had used Sonneman fixtures in my previous home and was familiar with their quality. These bars were ideal for a narrow space between two large recessed medicine cabinets. Modern and lovely, especially at their dimmest.
