This is a very low quality product. The wires are flimsy and although I chatted with a Wayfair rep and contacted the manufacturer, no one could tell me what the maximum drop from the ceiling would be. One person said six feet, and another said 8. Upon receiving it, the wires are way too short. I'm sending it back.
