May be one of the most beautiful lamps I have seen — it is stunning, and the colors are perfect for our redecorated Guest Room (we ordered two). Words of advice, however — This lamp does not come with a shade, and Perigold does not seem to have the shade that is pictured with the lamp. That is really frustrating — You pay $750 for a lamp (think about that . . . $750 for a lamp!), and then have to shop at some other place for an appropriate shade. Ridiculous. And then, the switch mechanism is not 3-way, as advertised in the product description. Went out and purchased nice 3-way LED bulbs to work with the lamps, and guess what . . . only one setting works because the switch mechanism on the lamp is single-way, not 3-way as advertised. Again, very frustrating for a lamp this expensive — You pay $750 for a lamp, you would expect to get top-of-the-line shade and switch mechanisms.

I love the color of this Simon Pearce Lamp. it is the perfect size for an entry console table. Now to find the perfect shade.
