Sooo disappointed. Arms of chandelier are bent in different directions. This had to occur at the factory because they're so solid you can't even move them. Cannot believe that Sean back but even send this out. Candle lights aimed toward the middle. Horrible Chandelier for the amount of money it cost. However wonderful Wayfair is taking good care to remedy the situation.

It is a nice looking chandelier once installed. The 3-Star rating reflects the fact that 1) though nice, I think it is overpriced 2) the chandelier arrived with two broken and two missing pieces and no installation instructions.
