DISCUSTING quality control for 1 lamp with a black shade!!!!! It all started with the shades: I received a single shade WITHOUT the base so I called Wayfair. The SECOND lamp never showed but a second SHADE arrived WITHOUT the base AGAIN !!!! but his shade was damaged. Then after yet another call to WAYFAIR to get a complete lamp the base finally arrived but it was damaged and not assembled correctly plus this shipment was shipped WITHOUT a shade even though the packing slip noted a shade had been shipped. To make matters worse when I requested a replacement lamp base to replace the first damaged base when the second base finally arrrived it ALSO HAD THE SAME DAMAGE and poor ASSEMBLY ( lopsided on the pedistal base and incorrecly inserted crystal cube) as the first lamp base!!!!! NOW I have to call WAYFAIR yet again to get this matter settled...and hopefully receive a third base in excellent condition so I can install this $ 700.00+ lamp for my patient client !
