Beautiful lamp and a nice weight to it

Very nice lamp - excellent quality

first off the package was left at the wrong door making it vulnerable to theft, despite having it written on the label where to leave it--bad service from FedEx--Perigold has clout--you should fix this!! Lamp itself--design is good but "antique brass" finish appears painted on not actually the color of the metal--and it looks more like copper. Disappointing but not enough to return.

It is not light and feels good and the size is good on the side table.

Love the lamp. It's adjustable. Works well. Has two different light settings for high or low. Just wish shipping hadn't taken 4 months. Definitely more brown than a brass or gold.

Pros: - The brass is solid, and has a nice weight - Dimmable high/low settings - The direction and shape of the shade cast a great downward light Cons: - The cord is a clear plastic, and it looks fairly cheap for an item that bills itself as a luxury lamp - The shade isn't quite parallel to the ground, it sags forward (I bent mine into a parallel position, but not everybody will want to do that). - The lamp requires a specific kind of bulb to fit inside the shade (standard bulbs don't fit), and it doesn't come with the bulb. If your lamp requires a really specific bulb, include it with the lamp! Overall: It's a nice lamp that could be a GREAT lamp if they improved a couple things.

I could not love it more! It is worth the money! The base of the desk lamp is very heavy and sturdy. The desk lamp is very beautiful and very useful. It fits in very well on my desk. I would buy it again!

The color is more orange than gold.
