The lamp is very handsome, but is NOT DIMMABLE with Dimmable LEDs (the light wavers whenever not at highest setting). Incandescent bulbs is not the answer: the U.S. Energy Department stated that starting in August 2023, Americans will only be able to purchase LED lights from retailers across the nation as an official ban on incandescent lightbulbs will be in full effect.

Same issue with these as with the floor lamps. Are not steady and rock a bit. Otherwise happy with them.

The packaging was exceptional. The product was very well protected in transit. Nice finish. The lamp is solid. Has a good heft to it. No defects.

I ordered a pair of these. I was aware that there more of a buffet lamp, but I liked the adjustability factor and the small footprint that they would take up on my bedside tables, which was the plan. When they arrived, one of the lamps had not been packed securely and the mechanism that allows the lamp to be raised or lowered had scratched off a significant portion of the finish. Customer service couldn't have been more helpful, which is one of the reasons that keeps me coming back to Wayfair. The lamp itself (I ordered it in the aged brass finish) was much darker than I expected and doesn't appear to be brass at all. I'm a huge Robert Abbey Lamp fan...his lamps dot my entire apartment. The Koleman, however, was a miss for me. These lamps were not cheap and the quality just wasn't there.

Excellent! Its been a few years now and it still looks brand new. Well made lamp and overall very nice.
