My last purchase ever from Wayfair/Perigold, etc. I won't be back. I ordered two of these lamps five weeks ago. I opened one and found the light too glaring -- it's impossible to angle so that it isn't shining in your face like a searchlight -- so I was going to return the unopened one. Then my dad got sick and I had to be away unexpectedly for three weeks and had missed the 30-day return window by a week when I came back. When I called to ask if I could at least return it for a credit -- it's not like they would have lost any money and would still have had an unopened item to sell to someone else -- they refused to make an exception. I've spent over $6,000 on Wayfair over the last three years and just moved into a new home and would have spent more. But I'll never buy anything from Wayfair again. Most of what's on here you can buy somewhere else anyway, and most other places have a longer return window anyway.
