This is a gorgeous chandelier. However, the one I just got and paid $300 to have installed is lop sided. When I look at mine compared to the picture it looks like it did not pass QA and someone messed up one of the arms. I don't have any big bulbs going upward - all going downward. Trying to get this resolved asap as it is an expensive piece.
