Fantastic chandeliers, shipping was great looking forward to installing shortly!

The style of the chandelier is beautiful and the mix of colors is very pretty with the natural jute, white linen lampshades and light satin colored gold accents BUT for the price paid - which is far from cheap - the quality of the construction is absolutely NOT worth the price! Four of the arms have crooked pieces of metal at the tips which make it nearly impossible to have the lampshades sit straight, no matter how much fiddling around you do to try and make it look better. The crooked look remains no matter what you attempt and this is VERY disappointing and frustrating, especially for the price paid. In addition, I had to replace the first one I received because the initial chandelier had many unraveling pieces of material around several of the arms of the fixture. The overall look was exactly what I needed in terms of size, color and texture BUT I could have gotten a better product elsewhere. Only kept it because by the time it was installed and properly examined, I could no longer return it as it had been many weeks post delivery. I would highly recommend purchasing something similar BUT from a different company that pays greater attention to detail and delivers better quality products.
