Both lamps came broken in multiple locations at the base and the shade. Regretful as we liked the product but delivery did not meet expectation. Upon returning the product we found Paragould employees, incredibly helpful and more than happy to accommodate our requests. As we understand, these things sometimes happen, we would happily shop again with Paragould
