The fan looks great in our master bedroom. The finish is exactly what I was looking for and looks great in the room. Packing was well done so no damaged parts on arrival like other fans I've had to send back from other manufacturers.Quality is well worth the price and shipping was extremely fast. Very Happy.

I purchased a fan from Wayfair and paid Wayfair to professionally install. Unfortunately, the fan did not work after installation. Installer that Wayfair hired left fingerprints all over ceiling that now needs repainted. I tried to contacted customer service to report the problem and request a refund, the only customer service supplied is through chat,Ive been unsuccessful, trying to reach Wayfair on phone. I am disappointed with both the product quality and the companys response. Customers should receive reasonable support when defective products are sent. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this fan or Wayfair.
