Stay Away of this fan, stay away from this brand. I bought 2 fans from Modern Fans (a Nautilus and a Windflower) thru Perigold. I had them professionally installed, none worked. I contacted support on Modern Fans, they took a while to answer me, but they did. They decided to send me brand new receivers. When I got them back, the person who installed them was kind enough to reconnect the receivers, one the Nautilus, worked, this one, they Windflower did not. Second time reaching out Modern Forms support, they say to check a connector that I did not even see in the box, so something if damaged in that thing. I will take it down and recheck if any internal connector is there, but I really doubt it. In Modern Forms defense, they said I could get a replacement unit from the distributor, I'm not sure if I will go thru the hassle to call Perigold for that as I don't see any send a replacement option in Perigold return pages. What they don't take into account, is the time/cost you take with this kind of fan, it's a big one, with a lot of blades. First time ever I have any issues installing a fan

It is a very large fan and super cool but it does not come with a remote unless it is a wired in. I use the app but if I am not here that is a pain for others. So it should come with just a regular remote.

These were difficult to install and synchronize but function well after the fact.
