Description is off. I was looking for a fixture that wasnt plastic. This one specifically said that the shade is glass. It is not!! Thats the primary reason for a 3 star rating instead of higher. The lumens, for the 18 square unit, are perfect for my kitchen.

Excellent build quality and minimal profile on this flush-mounted light. The light itself is fairly good quality and on the warmer side of the spectrum among lights described as 3000K color temperature.
