From the box alone I could see this has been shipped, returned and sold at least once. It has literally been installed then returned. Based on the look of the wires and scratches on the finish it was not installed well. I understand reselling returns but not pieces that have been installed. I need to instal this anyway as I have a deadline to keep. I expect more from the Perigold brand.
