Base is heavy making the install difficult. Once up though it is worth the effort it took to install it. Great addition to my office. Highly recommend it.

I looked for a light fixture like this for a very long time before stumbling across this. It looks exactly as expected from the pictures and was very easy to install. Highly recommend.

We replaced an old, cheap plastic chandelier we kept walking into (we're pretty tall) with this light, because we wanted something 1) big 2) bright and 3) low-profile. The Ernie is a great light - it works well with a dimmer switch and it looks good without dominating the room. One of our friends immediately bought one after seeing ours.

Great light. Bigger than it sounds but still perfect. I thought the circle was glass but it is cloth. Either way, it looks amazing.

Poor quality for $650 dollars. There are multiple issues with this product. the shade dimensions are incorrect which means the fixture does not align to the shade. I had to reconfigure the white bracket to attach appropriately. The incorrect shade dimensions also mean the light filter does not fit appropriately which also means I cannot put the white screws appropriately in place either. This means overall fixture has a poor quality look as well once it's installed because there is a gap between the shade and the light filter. Finally, THE LIGHT FLICKERS once installed. I have an LED appropriate dimmer and the light still flickers. This tells me the wiring in the LED fixture is defective. I've installed another fixture and it does not flicker. Looks nice online but the quality is incredibly bad. Poor experience overall.
