Cons Couple things I dont like about this lamp. It came with a big dent in the shade. They sent a replacement shade that looked worse than the first one. Regular (standard) size light bulbs are not completely hidden by the lamp shade. I can see half the bulbs when its on the end table. Thought it would be nice to use as a low light in the evening to watch TV, but the light bulbs are distracting when turned on. So, maybe a specialty store has bulbs that would work better. But, I dont like having a lamp with hard-to-find bulbs. Pros I do like the looks of the lamp. The switch is in the wire and works three ways top lights, top and base lights, or base light.

Update: Wayfair immediately shipped a replacement lamp and the replacement arrived in perfect condition. My wife and I really like this lamp and appreciate Wayfair replacing the damaged lamp so quickly. Original Review: The mica on the lamp shade was damaged in several places. The packaging was perfect and the shade was probably damaged before it was packed. Second, the paint which covers the dragonflies on the base looks very good when the base light is off, but looks thin and poorly applied when turned on. Additionally, the shade does not fully cover the lamps. You can see the glare of the light bulbs below the shade. Otherwise, it could be a beautiful lamp.

Soft light, great mood lamp! Very classy

I purchased this lamp several years ago. The movers didn't pack the lamp correctly. The base was cracked & chipped. The lamp shade was never found. I was very upset since this lamp was one my favorite. I found the exact at Wayfair. It shipped quickly & was very well packed. A great price. The original lamp price was much higher then this replacement. The lamp looked just picture & description was right on. I would definitely recommend this item.

Very impressive lamp. Just love it! 5 stars. We have the base on a timer, so it turns on at dusk.

This is a delightful lamp as a conversation piece. It really sheds a low light but is great for a mood lamp. It lights up on the base and was a little lighter looking in the picture
