The item was shipped without any assembly instructions. When I went on line to find the assembly instructions, I saw that part were missing. As per Perigold's instructions, I sent detailed information about the missing parts, including photographs of the item. Perigold now wants me to package up and ship the entire item back to them so someone at the factory can inspect it. Classic example of a simple phone call saving a lot of effort and money...
