This lamp was a part of my 1st purchase from Wayfair. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. I am not very internet savvy and was a little confused on how to report this. To be honest, I thought to myself ''Oh boy, here we go... this is going to turn into a nightmare.'' I called customer service, and within 15 minutes I was assured the issue was resolved and a new pendant lamp would be shipped asap. I received a new lamp in 48 hours. Now to the lamp. Color and quality of lamp is very good. It is a little more square than I thought it would be. I was expecting it to be more rectangular. The specifics column does not list dimensions -- I wish it had. Overall very pleased.
