Lovely lamp but a potential disaster in waiting. According to Wayfair's own on-line assembly instructions (none came with the product), there is supposed to be a notch in the lamp shade to accommodate the power switch. Our lampshade had no such notch (and yours might not either). Without that notch, the lampshade can not be assembled properly and might seem to hold briefly but will dangerously fall off. Unacceptable! You can possibly accommodate a defective lampshade without that notch by cutting a notch in the metal yourself but that is an unacceptable alternative - particularly at this price point. Also, our lamp pole was a bit wobbly on arrival, but that was solved by rotating the upper portion clockwise until firm. Additionally, one of the thumbscrews provided to secure the shade to the lamp was missing. Found a replacement at our local hardware store, but in brass color only. Only a minor nuisance
