Lamp did not work because the wires were not connected indicating that the item was not tested before sending it out. Sloppy performance on the part of your organization.

I really wanted the Dale Tiffany tulip lamp which was discontinued, this light is pretty, i just wish it was a little bit taller. I am using it on a kitchen counter that I wanted to light up, because of the height it does not project enough light on the counter. It is made very well, just disappointed I could not get the one I really wanted.
