Cheap. Metal questionable. Lamp had obvious signs of having been spray painted, overly glossy and shiny paint. Strong odor of paint. Base was wobbly where attached to foot of lamp. Shade was just weird looking. Nothing like the photos! Save your money

Well constructed, solid and was easy to assemble. Shade was packed and reinforced with additional packaging. Lamp looks elegant and blends nicely with the deco of the room.

The pictures a bit inaccurate. The bulb and associated hardware are visible under the rim of the shade. Unfortunately, this item is not eligible for return. An expensive ornament for the corner of the guest room...

This lamp is really beautiful - however the shade is extremely fragile so not for a household with a bunch of rambunctious children. The shade has a slightly iridescent quality to it. I am very pleased with the purchase!

This shade is a beautiful opaque glass with a swirl of very pale 'rainbow' of colors subtly swirled in various spots. But the lamp shade is mostly beige. Would go great in rooms with walls of many different pale colors such as light gray, green, blue, beige, off white. I painted my walls with Healing Aloe by Benjamin Moore and the lamp looks perfect. Quality is great, too.
