One of the most glamorous and iconic pieces in Marjorie’s line which has been in production for 20 years with equally glamourous and iconic clients, the Empire Chandelier series consists of a hand wrought and hand painted iron frame – made in the workshop of our frame maker of 25 years, who worked with my mother for 15 years prior - which is then dressed with Semi Precious stones sourced from around the globe. Each of the stones for your chandelier is hand carved to order to meet our proprietary specifications, giving it its elegant shape and proportions. Our raw materials are sourced but a trusted broker with whom we have been in business for more than a quarter of a century, and the materials come from all over the world. Highly artisanal and refined over many years, the result is a magical, one-of-a-kind piece that is ultimately viewed by our clients as jewelry for their home. We will source the raw material for your order when it is placed, so there may be some minor variations in the color of the stones as these are natural materials. The Arturo Empire Chandelier has a frame painted in a matte black finish, which is then dressed in an exotic and sophisticated combination of hand carved and polished round Golden Tigers Eye beads from the northern cape province of South Africa and oval hand carved and polished Turquoise stones from China. The original piece was inspired by a glorious pair of vintage earrings by the famed jewelry designer Jean Schlumberger.
