I had seen the sconces in another store so I was not surprised by their appearance in any way. However, our contractor had a very hard time installing them. The directions were terrible and he finally had to do them “his way”. One of the light covers did not join properly, so there are gaps where the cover should be diffusing the light on the one end. This perhaps could be from delivery as our front door camera caught the delivery man dropping them on our step. Other than those things, the website was easy to use and delivery day was as said. Payment and first purchase discount was used!
