I just opened the very well packaged Kohler flush mount that I ordered in polished nickel. I was extremely disappointed mainly because it didn't look refined - the fixture is merely chunky, molded glass and cannot possibly give off that crystal look shown in the photos. Not for my beautiful new master bathroom!
