This is an update to my previous review regarding a damaged order. While I never heard back from customer service, to my surprise and delight Fed Ex delivered a replacement order today in perfect condition! Kudos to Perigold for making things right! The lamp is stunning!

Love the 2 lamps I bought for my bedroom. They are very well made, solid crystal, heavy. Pricey but worth it.
