If I could give this a 0/5 star I would. I ordered the “open box deal” and the chandelier was delivered. WITHOUT GLASS COMPONENTS. Just the metal frame and wire. For $700! Mind you, this chandelier is mostly made of glass. I was not comped for a new chandelier and the best that they could do was refund my money. A huge hassle to return the faulty item and no chandelier for me in the end. Will never be ordering “open box” again. Can’t say I can accurately review the quality of the item because, well, 2/3 of it was missing.
